• 8 bi-weekly one-on-one sessions over Zoom (45 minutes each)

• 4 months of on-demand coaching over Voxer (voice notes/texting application)

• Explore and evaluate your options from multiple angles so that you can be confident making decisions about job opportunities

• Get clear on your ideas and passions and turn them into a concrete plan so that you can generate consistent momentum

• Discover your unique talents so that you can articulate your strengths and advocate for yourself in the pursuit of promotions and dream jobs.

• Figure out what motivates you so that you can accomplish your goals with more ease, energy and fun.

• Clarify your values so that you can share them authentically and create the changes and environment you want

• Dig deep to uncover your zone of genius so that you can choose projects that create the impact you want with natural ease and confidence
